MSP Congratulates Abelour Child Care Trust on their Successful Lottery Funding

MSP CONGRATULATES ABERLOUR CHILD CARE TRUST ON THEIR SUCCESSFUL LOTTERY FUNDING

Jeane Freeman, constituency MSP for Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley has congratulated Aberlour Child Care Trust on their successful applications and subsequent National Lottery Funding. 

Aberlour Child Care Trust delivers activities to families where one or both parents have a learning disability and who have a child/children up to 16 years old. Parents are also offered support including 1:1 sessions, group sessions, family activities, and signposting to specialist and community services. Through personalised teaching programmes parents learn skills to help them become more confident/competent parents.

Following the news, Jeane Freeman MSP said:

“I welcome this excellent news for Aberlour Child Care Trust which will allow them to continue to carry out their excellent work. 

"I look forward to visiting Aberlour Child Care Trust in Girvan, in the near future to see the funding in action.

“I am sure that many of my constituents in Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley will feel the benefits of this National Lottery Funding."
